Mental Training Link

The article gives training tips and techniques on controlling both mind and body.

The first week of camp went great. The gym looks like a gym now.

We will continue with Monday and Wednesday practices from 9am to 10:30 through the rest of the month.

Gymnasts who need floor routines will have the opportunity to get their routines during this time.
