Gym Notes 9-23-2009

The girls had a great meet tonight. I think things are starting to come together for the varsity.

I have arranged for gym time at Castle Rock School of Gymnastics on Friday. The practice is optional. Practice will go from 2:00 - 3:00.
In order to participate gymnasts must turn in a signed registration form. All girls who were at practice on Tuesday received one. The web address for those who either need one or lost theirs is http://crsgym.com/mm_regandforms.html
The girls need to arrange their own rides to and from Castle Rock.

From Ponderosa...
Take Bayou Gulch Road West through the stop light
Turn left on to Pradera Parkway.
Take Pradera Parkway to Crowfoot Valley. Turn left on to Crowfoot Valley.
Take Crowfoot Valley to Founders Parkway. Turn right on to Founders Parkway.
Founders becomes Meadows Parkway. Stay on it and go over the highway, get into the left lane. Prepare to turn at the light, be in the outside left turn lane.
Turn left on to N Castleton Drive.
Turn right on Castleton Road.

The gym is on the right, 4807 N INDUSTRIAL WAY.
